Standards Code

The Impress Standards Code is a modern Code that aims to assist journalists by promoting and supporting their work. It also aims to protect the public from invasive journalistic practices and unethical news reporting.

South Molton & District News

Launched in 2007, we publish on the first Thursday of every month and are sold throughout the South Molton & District area and up to Exmoor through newsagents, village stores, post offices, and petrol stations. Independently owned, our glossy compact size magazine carries news relating to the wider South Molton area as well as providing unrivalled coverage of South Molton Town Council meetings. With a cover price of only £1, we have in excess of 5000 readers per issue and are supported by a wide range of local advertisers who use the title as their primary advertising vehicle.
