The Impress Standards Code is a modern Code that aims to assist journalists by promoting and supporting their work. It also aims to protect the public from invasive journalistic practices and unethical news reporting.

So Counties

Our fabulous family of So Counties titles started life with So Cheshire in 2012, with the simple aim of celebrating and sharing the experiences of the people who live, work and play in Cheshire. Now our digital titles cover Cheshire, Derbyshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire. All of our titles are empowered by their social media presence, and draw inspiration from the people and places they represent. We aim to promote the very best of what’s going on in, listening carefully to our readers – after all, they’re the ones who who know the places where they live, work and play best of all.
