The Impress Standards Code is a modern Code that aims to assist journalists by promoting and supporting their work. It also aims to protect the public from invasive journalistic practices and unethical news reporting.

Llanelli Standard (online)

We are driven by the mission to bring the latest community news and information to the people of the electoral ward of Llanelli. The seeds of the Llanelli Standard started in 2008, when Llanellitown.com was incorporated as a social enterprise. The aim of Llanellitown.com was to publish positive news about Llanelli. Over the years, Llanellitown.com morphed into CETMA and the news website turned into the West Wales Chronicle (WWC), the local newspaper with a worldwide reach. In 2019, the team behind WWC set up Red Brand Media in order to meet the needs of a specialist community media presence, and the Llanelli Standard was born.
