Annual support package

The base pricing below is for an annual support package. Costs are based on consulting time, complexity of organisation number of cases, and support hours available.  

Pricing includes:  

  • Appraisal of the current dispute process.
  • Implementation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Support for in-house legal or management team to update contracts, terms of service documents etc.
  • Review of documentation and/or evidence.
  • Mediation or arbitration administration.
  • Remote or in-person support in London, United Kingdom.
  • Case management, filing, letters and final outcome reports.

Additional terms

  • Prices shown are base fees and may differ based on the actual time and complexity of the dispute.  
  • Support package pricing includes pricing for standard dispute resolution. For support packages for Out-of-Court-Procedures Dispute Settlement (ODS) under the Digital Services Act (DSA) please see the dedicated page or contact Impress directly.  
  • Prices exclude VAT. 
  • This pricing assumes the dispute involves two parties, meaning costs are split equally between both parties. Pricing may differ should additional parties be included.   
  • Pricing includes mediator/arbitrator appearance in London, UK. Should additional travel be required, expenses for travel and accommodation will be charged separately.  
  • Pricing excludes cost of venue. Should parties wish to hold the session outside of the Impress nominated location (or another free and neutral location), additional costs must be covered separately by the parties.
  • Arbitration costs:
    • Include appointment of arbitrator; administration support for arbitrator; preparation, directions hearing(s) and drafting of directions and final arbitration award.
    • An additional daily hearing fee is charged if an oral hearing required. 
  • Pricing for Annual Support Packages includes a set number of disputes per annum, should this be exceeded, each dispute will be charged for individually, using agreed package rates.
